Pros
You'll love your coworkers and the benefits are pretty stellar. Those two things kept me in this job a lot longer than I thought I would.
Cons
Definitely was underpaid for the amount of work, expect to take up a lot of slack for no extra pay if someone leaves - they won't hire anyone new for ages and ages. Opportunities for growth are limited.
