Company spends millions to make things LOOK nice inside and out. But all the tools and systems you have to work with are totally broken and they have no intention of fixing them. They expect you to just work around every internal problem. Expect embarrassing times with customers waiting on you while you frantically try to reload a program that crashed mid-call. Very high-stress environment for those who want to do their job well.
Job security goes both ways. People you depend on to do your job won't do theirs, and they will never see any repercussions. You'll probably just have to do their job too if you want to get anything done. But expect no recognition or compensation for any extra work you do outside your normal job scope.
Less management also means less support. You're on your own to figure everything out. Even if you find a superior willing to try to help, they probably won't know what to do any better than you do.
You can do the same job at several other companies and make more money.
