All of the advantages at Awaresoft were decimated when it was purchased by Sagenet
Cons
You must have written permission to go to the bathroom. This must be signed by you and counter signed by a supervisor. There are many other micro-managerial practices, but this one is the easiest to explain.
SageNet Response

Feeling like you’re being micromanaged is lousy and counter to our Mission and Core Values. Specifically regarding the “written permission” you describe above: this is certainly not a SageNet policy, and completely unacceptable and incongruent with our focus on creating a safe, respectful, nurturing and rewarding work environment.
We are sorry you had a poor experience as a part of the SageNet team and we’d like an opportunity to discuss and further investigate. Please reach out to our HR team at HRVM@sagenet.com or directly to our President, Brad, at brad.wise@sagenet.com so we can better understand your experience.

Cons
My tenure there was exceptionally positive. I found the culture and the work environment to be highly supportive, I didn't encounter any significant drawbacks. It was a role that aligned well with my professional values and allowed me to focus entirely on delivering results.
I think the salary was decent for someone without a similar work experience.
Cons
The managers and majority of the people here are not nice! Or maybe that depends on which department you're working in. But my experience with our manager and department was awful! Everybody was unpleasant! If they're not in a bad mood, they're in a terrible mood!!! It's like there's no positivity here. People were always hostile and unfriendly!
