Benefits are pretty good. Years ago their benefits were much better. Now though, the benefits package falls behind similar companies.

Negative attitudes abound. Unprofessional behavior among employees is not addressed appropriately. Socialist French owned company that does not understand how to incentivize. No matter how top notch you are compared to others, you will be treated the same as the worst employee there. Office is grungy and old. Equipment is ancient. Technology is not embraced properly. Innovation is lacking. If they organize a group event in the evening, they create an opportunity to make it about work when you are supposed to be off the clock enjoying the pizza. Very shady.
