Pros
Great coaching, the CEO really takes time to know the goals and personalities of her employees. There's always a plan for everyone as well as the company, and she takes the time to know your best interests and what you need to get there. She very clear and articulate about what she needs as well, if there's something that needs to change, she explains not only the it needs to change, but why. The same goes for when things are going well as well, she explains why certain things work and why they don't, this way everyone is on the same page and learning how to best move the company forward as well.
Cons
Although the whole team is quite tight knit, it can be a little quiet at times. I work in the sales sector, but since there's a lot of tech going on as well as sales, it can be hard for the tech team to focus if sales was louder than necessary.
