Pros
pay was good. i jumped to $12 pretty fast, yearly raises which was based or your performance(60 cent max) . i really liked the associates. helpful, some positive people and the hours were great. no overtime though. everyone kept each other pretty motivated.
Cons
some of management only really cared about sales and not so much associates. too much heavy lifting. schedule changed a lot, not steady at all. thats it really
