Pros

I absolutely loved working at Sanctuary Graduates. The future of the rapidly-growing business is extremely bright, and I cannot wait to see how it progresses within the next 5 years! Through my role as Campus Manager, I dealt mainly with on-campus search and was personally responsibility for a large quantity of Student Headhunters. This included speaking with headhunters and brand ambassadors, promoting opportunities via social media, as well as ad hoc tasks such as answering email queries. Here are some of the pros: - The company offers a uniquely vibrant working environment for its employees. - Everyone in the office is very friendly and is happy to help whenever needed. - Lots of responsibility from day one, which is extremely rewarding since your work has a real impact on the business. - Early exposure to high-profile clients in many industries. - Opportunity to help students find employment. - Monthly rewards for hard work.

Cons

- The workload can be hectic from October to November, but this is understandable since most of the attraction needs to be done during this time of the year. However, incentives were given to colleagues that performed particularly well during this time, which is a great reason to work hard!

Pros

- Friendly people - Good exposure to clients from the beginning - A level of autonomy over how to manage your own work - Structured teams and shared workload - Small company so opportunities to get involved in lots of different things

Cons

- Lack of protocol (seem to be winging it) - Lack of professionalism between employees (inappropriate relationships=favouritism?) - No HR function so difficult to raise difficulties, especially regarding senior management - Unclear commission structure (some getting commission, others not getting commission for similar work.) - After becoming a senior, there isn't much room to progress if you don't want to be a manager. - No training so again everyone's making it up as they go without feeling confident and informed by policy.

Pros

The company benefits from a very supportive and Encouraging Leadership team. They also provide a lucrative and rewarding Commission Structure

Cons

It's not really a con as you are compensated and paid appropriately, but the workload is heavy and requires a strong attention to detail; however, it is no more so than any recruitment role.
