Pros

Very friendly and inclusive culture. The company really looks after its staff and no expense is spared with provided food or Christmas presents etc. It is extremely common to come across people who have worked here for 30-40+ years which speaks for itself. Half days on Fridays are a great perk!

Cons

The only con would be that people have been there for such a long time that they may not be receptive to change and are fixed in their ways.
