Pros
LOVE the companionship among coworkers, everyone's easy to talk to, and if you play your cards right, it's easy to move around from station to station for an ever-changing and interesting day, feels good to work for a company that makes such a positive difference in the community, also great employee discount
Cons
If you don't play your cards right, you WILL get stuck in one position and will never escape-- they're not big on cross training once they've got their hole filled by someone. You get cross trained if you're an extra body. Management is a little clueless, and spend most of their day running around putting out fires here and there.
