Pros

discount on clothes. Regular schedule

Cons

No schedule flexibility. No training. I felt like I was thrown to the wolves on the first day in the production room. You have 4 minutes to fill a rack with clothes and get it to the pricers. Often, couldnt get hangers and fell behind with the manager yelling at me to get a rack out. Minimum wage sweat shop work . Don't do it. There isnt any background or drug screening done so some of the coworkers are doped up but management doesn't care because they work fast. Most of the clothes are purchased in bulk by the corporation so theres a lot garbage clothing you have to sort through. SAVERS IS NOT A NON PROFIT. They donate a very small percentage of the money from theitems the npo brings in to them.

Pros

It's a Job I guess

Cons

The pay is just over minimum wage. There is no work life balance they don't offer holiday pay and require you to work on all holidays except for Christmas and Thanksgiving. They constantly add new thing to the job and will never give you a pay raise or advancement. All around bad company that's taking advantage of working class Americans.
