Good training, reasonable benefits including great healthcare and a decent pension scheme, recognisable brand for CV, some decent staff members, plenty of room to move around within the company if your face fits.

Nightmare internal politics, huge stress, unpleasant work environment, too many egos, bullying, arrogant, racist, back stabbing, elitist, terrible HR, old school tie network of pinkie rings and jobs for posh people who failed in the city
