Pros
Amazing travel opportunities all over the world.
Work with very talented people with tons of special strengths related to the industry.
Cons
Work/Life balance is not good. You are basically expected to be on call 24/7. This was understood upon interview, but the reality is tough. Family life WILL suffer.
Lots of office politics and animosity. Not all departments have same freedoms and it causes drama and issues between departments.
A couple of bad apples that should be let go and would have been in any other office situation, but it's hard to find people with necessary skills that are willing to work so hard.
Small office building overflowing with employees. Need a bigger, better laid out building if employees are expected to work in the office.
Upper Management bends over backward for clients at the expense of employees.
Very specific skills needed and management expects perfection with very little training. Basically being thrown to the wolves.
