Pros
flexibility on start and end time
Cons
My experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative. Management was rarely available to answer questions, and when you did get their attention, they often had no real answers or willingness to help. Workload is unevenly distributed, leaving some employees overloaded while others have very little responsibility. The culture relies heavily on toxic positivity, you’re expected to “play along” with the narrative. If you don’t feed into it, they won’t formally fire you, but you’ll quickly feel pushed out through subtle bullying, exclusion, or pressure to leave on your own. There is no genuine room for advancement or promotion, and the company itself feels like it’s struggling to stay afloat. Most employees are unhappy, and the gossip-heavy environment makes the workplace feel hostile rather than collaborative. Unless you’re completely new to the workforce and simply need any experience you can get, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
