7yAs the owner of Scentco, I take a lot of pride in how positive the environment is here. It's a testament to the people who make up this business and flourish within it. It's unfortunate when we have to let someone go from the company, because it impacts their life. I know losing your job hurts; I've lost a job or two in my past before starting this company. But it's particularly disheartening when that person decides to throw everyone under the bus with a post like this.
