      Good company, good people. Everyone does their best.

      Cons

      Work life balance was not great but that's just the industry standard. Managers seem to get promoted based on ability to win projects rather than engineering or management expertise.

      Genuinely feel like the company cares about its employees and innovation, which I think brings natural success and good morale. Everyone is very smart, helpful, and has a good sense of humor.
