Pros
Advancement and benefits were good. PLenty of opportunity to look at new markets and participate in the sales and marketing of same.
Cons
Newly hired management has a tendency to replace mid level managers, regardless of past performance, so they "manufacture" reasons to get rid of them, buying them off with 4 month severance packages if they sign a release.
