Very political setup and biased depending on mangers Does not even care about contractors working from service based companies on their projects. treats them like second class citizens. No real embedded work. Just middleware high level apps. Create a hype on interviews and treat new joiners like illiterates. Experienced people termed experts do not even know basics. Employees are worried about job security and make life horrible for new comers. Please ignore this organization. Dont be fooled by the pay package or intelligent interview questions. Try to recruit people from prestigious colleges and offer them crap work.
