      Company benefits has been stable didn’t change much like insurance and share

      Cons

      The company is unstable till this day Position names could be changed any day, your salary at branch location level is lower the back office or corporate level, you might get laid off any day for random reason

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
