      Lots of opportunity for advancement and to explore different areas of the bank. Great benefits, ESOP, Strong RRSP and pension plan. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Slow deal origination, sales pressure, long time for systematic change, lack competitiveness in the market. Not a ton of training for your role.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
