Pros

You got a job if you think this is a nice place to start a career you are sorely mistaken

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, they are incredibly demanding. Salary for an FA4 is way below the industry, $40k to start and you are questioned by everyone along the way while on training specially when you have to read a lot and been challenged as of how much you are actually retaining. Their model is ridiculous as you have to know the CEM, do the appointment interview, the full CIS and total view, you will always be asked as of why you didn't get more business from the original reason and it's all about pushing into the digital channels and you are expected to stay extra hours because you have to do the Mopping Tomorrow As a new Financial Advisor you are expected to retain everything you learn, go the extra mile, be really aggressive with your attitude , you will have to report to your in branch coach, learning facilitator, call instructor and you will be given all kinds of centralized opportunities from customers who only have one product and you will have to proof the bank that you can sell at least 2-3 more products (go figure, you just started yet they so expect you to know all their products and services. Good luck learning everything involved in a STEP restructure) If you have your PFP/CFP and think you will be doing financial planning good luck as they are so pushy with lending and if your branch is on the "wave" a fully qualified Senior FA will spend 2-3 hours in cash as a teller or with the iPad helping the line up The worst model and bank I have worked

Pros

A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

Cons

Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
