      Scotia bank is like a large family that is working together to create a great working environment. One team one goal.

      Like most banks change does not happen over night the pace in which scotia bank makes changes might be hindering it overall performace.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
