Pros
The compensation is decent and its reputation is well known in the industry. Some individuals, depending on the group, were actually enjoyable to work alongside regardless of their position within the company. Titles also mean nothing, they're simply a pay scale indicator...so someone whose a director may not have any more authority than an associate director.
Cons
I found that many individuals in senior management would often talk badly about their counterparts or subordinates infront of other employees. This was very demoralizing because it makes one wonder if they're being talked about in the same manner. The manner in which some of the co-op/intern students we're treated was also nothing to take lightly.
