Pros
- Great people and friendly work environment. This is basically the main reason why I stayed here for so long and still harbor hope for a better future with this company. - People here are very helpful and actually take time for their team mates, if you're lucky enough to find a good team. - Management is generally more caring than most places. They understand if you're late from time to time or if you are just having a bad day. It is very relaxed here.
Cons
- It is a political minefield here. Everywhere you step, something will go boom. You cannot trust anyone here as everyone will probably have an ulterior motive. - Development is completely in your own hands. If you want to move up, be ready to do all the dirty work yourself. Don't count on any help or guidance from the management team. - Expectations for numbers is very high however, they sugar coat it. "Numbers don't matter as long as you are following the Call Flow Model". At the end of the day, this is BS. Numbers do matter as only those who hit all the targets get the higher rating, and hence higher bonus and more opportunity to advance their career. - There is no flexibility with your shifts or much of work life balance. You don't have much choice. New people are more than likely stuck in the 3-11pm Tuesday to Sat shift, and that would probably not change until they change jobs or something.
