      Discount off your banking. Scene points. Lots of facilities around if you move can transfer your job.

      Cons

      Company does not have your back. Treats you poorly and never on your side. After reporting management mistreating me nothing was done.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
