Before joining Scratch, I did a broad search across the current industry and no other companies fit my full list of criteria as well as Scratch. After working here for more than a year, I can confirm that Scratch is what I was looking for. In particular: 1) an amazing culture of curious, friendly, and high caliber people 2) tackling a hugely impactful space (real people's debt!) and innovating a terrible industry that hasn't changed for decades 3) many growth opportunities 4) work life balance, which is rare for Series A companies. The founders have both worked at small startups, so they understand how important this is

No big cons. Every company has areas to improve, and what I love about Scratch is that the leadership is constantly seeking out feedback, and is quickly evaluating how to make us better.
