Pros
Pay and bonus payout was good Rolling in new rota systems and ringing the stores up to at least a better standard
Cons
Stores seem to have a high turnaround Support from upper management is non existent IF your lucky to catch an AM, your told one thing then when they get back to you it’s another. The team I worked with was lovely when I started, then quickly went toxic. If your lucky to be in a high paying store, expect an AM to be in telling you constantly to do better even if your target is met and/beaten. Majority of the senior managers are two faced, they will smile in your face, then will stab you in the back when your no longer useful…
