The pros and cons that come along with custom large equipment design apply to this company to the core. projects are exciting and interesting but also difficult and challenging. However managing and maintaining those types of projects and systems can be very challenging. For those of us who enjoy a challenge this is a good place to work, but for the type of people who work best in well structured system, this is difficult place to be.
