As the founder of SecurTest, we have created a great team of employees the are able to contribute their ideas directly to their management team me. The company is based on the principal that people want to know that we care, before they care what we know. As such, we treat each other and our customers with respect, trust, and compassion. We are growing exponentially, both domestically and internationally. Thus, we are looking for applicants that are willing to join our team, and willing to work on-site. We train our new employees how to become successful background researchers.

Flexible hours, friendly environment, good first job

Management needs a lot of work. They make almost anyone a supervisor to keep them in the company if they have been there a while. The company seems huge from the outside in but there are only about 20 people working there at any given time. The retention rate is the worst I've seen.
