Pros
I went to this company with big hopes and expectations. The people are good, the colleagues are nice but the management is HORRIBLE. they forget to pay you salaries, they mess up your cheques. They delay your cheques. You constantly repeat the same script over and over again every ten seconds. The equipment is not good and old, half the computers don't work. Many people get fired. It's a hire and fire company. The boss lies a lot, he mentioned upgrades in salaries which only happen after a year of you being there. If you do not do leads for two days your fired. The supervisor swears and bangs in his office. You might work for one month without getting a pay until 5 weeks. They sugar coat their company so Much it's pathetic. They cut down your hours several times and most of the time don't pay you. They have only on rep and so they need to cut down hours. They keep you on the same campaign FOREVER. the salary is peanuts. The people are good though and very flexible with you and you can eat.
