I had to endure whatever we were told to do and was able to go with it as long as I did.

What the manager wants us to do is to constantly chase clients for us to reach his unreasonable targets. He makes us commit to these numbers like a child promising to be good while the parents are away. Though we knew it was impossible, we can't do anything but say yes and commit. It's absolutely INSANE!!!
