Pros
Its work. There is a certain amount of freedom.
Cons
Having to fight for every little penny. As a contractor it uses up way too many resources. They will try and withhold payment all the time their is no go faith Promised when I took the work I would be given full time work after open my schedule for my entire Christmas it was only in January they informed me the sales person was on holidays...fine suck it up... Still no full time Jan then Feb and then March ....max 2 days work..promised more then full time......they ask my to use my own equipment then after quoting tyem wholesale prices and spending time inventory parts then change their minds only to ship me out tye wrong parts...causing me more time....sales can close deals but o Sometimes don't even attend the site so its left for the technician to work through it which is at least another 30minutes of my time straightening out the mess. They will expect you to provide wire and everything else but if you ask for conpansation because of course these items cost you money they will deny it....even at a few dollars per install.
