Cons

Honestly this company is a horrible joke, I actually have to give them one star, in all honestly they deserve a negative "-5"!! They are super cheap, as call centers go, by having the worst leads!! They don't scrub or clean the leads so 1/2 your shift you waste time calling on ZERO chance customers, leads, or sales!! They only cover one major city, Edmonton area, and only have 2 outside sales Reps/Technicians, but 1 is on medical leave for a month potentially more!! They do a great song and dance, but when it comes down to pay they cut you short at $11/hr, when every other call center pays $15/hr (which they do pitch $15/hr, but no one stays long enough to reach $15/hr). They claim to provide you with a minimum of 30 hrs/week, but they are close 2 days and Saturday shift is only 4 hrs so max you will have is 24 hrs a week. The so called looney toons character pepe le pew supervisor could not sell his way out of a paper bag full of holes! He is more insulting then he is charming when trying to confirm your leads! On numerous occasions, I heard him make insulting statements/comments/remakes to the potential customers that I personally would have hung up the phone!! To be honest if they were the last hiring company in all of Canada, I would either start a selling frozen lemonade stand and sell in the winter or stay unemployed!! Run Forest Run!!
