Good work life balance. Ample leaves. Structure orientation of TDR's. Good compensation about associate level employees. Reimbursement given for Global certification.
Cons
Lack of learning new things, project change, specially for Indian employees. Learning scope limited to Secureworks products. Huge communication gap between employees & middle & top level management, unable to understand employees situation,sometimes deliberately reluctant mindset. unable to provide competitive salary & opportunities to those who want to stay longer. No or very limited onsite opportunity as well as project change option.
