You have the chance to learn a lot of stuff in a relatively short period of time. Depending on the account you can interact with very knowledgable people and learn from them. They encourge, support and even demand that you learn and get new certifications that they pay for. Remote work.
Cons
Most analyst roles are outsourcing roles. You can end up on really nasty accounts. They value tech skills for mid/people management roles. Some mid management people have the people skills of a potato. They can really ruin a team or an account.
