      Good people Flexible Work Schedule Regular pay raises Decent bonuses Management frequently communicates downward Dell provides benefits

      Cons

      Little to no budget for training/conferences. I went to 2 conferences in a decade. Company is struggling to transition from an MSS company. It feels like 2 different companies. Frequent WFRs, often with little notice. No loyalty. don't get comfortable.
