Pros
Peers and colleagues (this excludes executives) are good people.
Cons
1) For every hire, 10 people quit.
2) Regardless of your allotment of PTO, every "short notice" day off is unapproved.
3) Don't get sick. Seitz doesn't give a damn about your well-being. Despite being a college educated engineer, an MD note is required for any "sick day."
4) The pay is ~$35,000 below market value.
5) No 401K company contribution. This aligns with their narcissistic culture.
6) 10+ hour days because the existing employees are picking up the slack of those who quit.
7) Work/life balance? Not here.
8) The CEO couldn't manage a Dairy Queen.
9) Cumbersome, unfriendly computer system.
10) Everyone is burnt out.
