Pros
If you are young and you don’t have any financial responsibility, if nobody depends if you, do it for the experience to learn what NOT to do and you’ll have fun with activities they do that doesn’t have to do with work.
Cons
Where to start? 1. No stability, we are all currently afraid whenever our manager schedules a meeting, since there’s a HUGE chance we might get fired. It’s like, upper management gets really bored and once a year they do a huge restructuring. 2. They fire the hardworking employees and keep the ones that nobody know what they do and they disappear from the map, they don’t answer emails nor messages. 3. They’ve robbed and attacked employees several times around the office and they keep saying we shouldn’t surrender to fear and we shouldn’t move out from the nasty and ghetto area they make us go to work at. They don’t care. 4. They hired me by saying I could do telecommuting. New policy! Now it’s 25 days a year. 5. They don’t pay well, it expect you to give them your entire life. They say you have to work at least 12 hours a day. They expect you to be on call on weekends and take your laptop on vacation. No work/life balance whatsoever. 6. You have to buy your own equipment, they don’t even give you Office license, but they do expect you to provide quality reports. 7. All of us are looking for another job, we feel very burnout and worried about providing to our families. 8. If you are from a certain country, origin or background, you’ll be alright.
