Pros

The staff in the restaurant/hotel are great. When given the opportunity- you can do some great things in the company.

Cons

The country management is just bad. Extremely unorganised, with no intention to improve that. Will make you work extra hours with no overtime pay (and feel guilty if you don't). Have zero understanding of work-life balance, and no respect or minimum appreciation for employees. Toxic environment on all levels. Will promise opportunities to grow/stability and those will never happen (over and over again to multiple employees).

Culture! Culture! Culture! Amazing people! Great opportunities to work from various locations around the world. Career growth! Travel!

Cons

Communication between teams could use a little work but is something the company is striving to improve (always a challenge when a company is growing at the speed that Selina is).
