Pros
The company is stable. You don't have to worry whether the company will be around in a year nor do you have to be concerned that your pay check will clear the bank. The company gives annual raises. If you do your job well, Senox is a place where you can work many years, possibly until you retire. The work is challenging and there is always plenty to do as the company continues to grow. The company is creating manufacturing jobs at a time when the media continues to report the demise of that sector of the US economy.
Cons
There are not many cons from my point of view. The work can be constant and if you want a job where you can "cruise", this is not the place for you.
