      Pros

      Casual dress policy, flexible lunch schedule, depending on role the schedule is consistent. Never really need to work past 40 hours in a week.

      Cons

      Compensation is way below market rate, strong family nepotism, painfully slow advancement. If you are looking for a place to stay for 5 + years as a lower level employee starting out, just use this job as a stepping stone. This company is not the company to stay at for management aspirations. They favor family members over people who have been there for 10 + years. There is a problem with manpower at various locations in the company. Turnover and understaffing is a sever issue.

      A Great Company with Excellent Advancement Opportunities

      Pros

      Senox Corporation is a great company to work with. I started out with the company as a warehouse/delivery driver and have had several opportunities to promote including: Assistant Branch Manager; Customer Representative; Sales Manager and my current position is Vice President of Branch Operations. We work very hard, but with it there is a great culture throughout the organization that harvests talent, and develops leadership. Employees are encouraged to cross train in multiple areas to better their opportunity for advancement. The compensation and employee benefits are excellent! The generous 401K; paid vacation; medical, dental and vision insurance. We even offer Dave Ramsey's "Financial Peace University" to all of our employees as a benefit. The company operates as one large team. We all work together for a common goal or serving our customers and creating a dynamic work environment. I would encourage anyone who is currently looking to start a new career, look no further than Senox Corporation.

      You work hard, but you are rewarded accordingly with fair compensation and opportunities for advancement.

      Good place to work but horrible hr dept have two weeks unpaid and running a second biweekly payments not done.
