Pros

Casual dress policy, flexible lunch schedule, depending on role the schedule is consistent. Never really need to work past 40 hours in a week.

Cons

Compensation is way below market rate, strong family nepotism, painfully slow advancement. If you are looking for a place to stay for 5 + years as a lower level employee starting out, just use this job as a stepping stone. This company is not the company to stay at for management aspirations. They favor family members over people who have been there for 10 + years. There is a problem with manpower at various locations in the company. Turnover and understaffing is a sever issue.

Pros

I was only there for a few weeks, when Nicole Budworth was CEO, but I really enjoyed the culture among the approx. 10 people in my office. It was a hardworking, ethical group who also had fun and were very supportive of each other, me, and other workers, whether they had "desk" or manufacturing positions. We parted ways on good terms and I would absolutely work there again if another opportunity arose.

Cons

Nicole wasn't your typical CEO and was very focused on treating people well. So I can't speak to the company under different leadership and from what I gathered, her style was very different from her father's.
