Pros

Great potential product on a niche market

Cons

While the company has solid products and a talented workforce, the management team has been a consistent source of frustration. There is a noticeable lack of strategic vision and poor communication across departments. Decision-making often feels reactive rather than planned, and feedback from employees is rarely acknowledged or acted upon. It’s disheartening to see talented individuals leave because leadership can’t provide direction or support. Until there’s meaningful change at the top, progress will remain limited and morale will continue to suffer. Morale continues to decline as trust in management erodes. If leadership were more transparent, accountable, and aligned with employee needs, this company could achieve much more.

Pros

A well-balanced work-life balance, incredibly smart people, interesting and engaging work, a highly collaborative environment where cross-functional work is encouraged and necessary for success, teammates who are always willing to help, a fantastic culture where everyone makes a real effort to get to know new hires despite rapid company growth, and mandatory company-wide meetings twice a week focused on company updates and fun team-building exercises designed to strengthen fraud expertise across the company.

Cons

If I had to suggest one improvement, I would prefer if our Friday all-hands meeting were held two hours earlier.

Pros

The onboarding is very detailed and provides a great introduction to the fraud space for those of us who come to SentiLink without experience in fraud. My manager has been clear about their expectations for my role, allowing me to adapt to the team culture quickly. There has also always been clarity about the work I need to complete without me needing to seek out tasks for myself based on what I think will benefit the company. I do have the opportunity to make recommendations about processes but prefer that I am not responsible for building out my entire roadmap independently.

Cons

The pace is fast and work can be intense intermittently when there is a lot to do or specific deadlines to meet. I have experienced a mix of intensity level week over week.
