While the company has solid products and a talented workforce, the management team has been a consistent source of frustration. There is a noticeable lack of strategic vision and poor communication across departments. Decision-making often feels reactive rather than planned, and feedback from employees is rarely acknowledged or acted upon.
It’s disheartening to see talented individuals leave because leadership can’t provide direction or support. Until there’s meaningful change at the top, progress will remain limited and morale will continue to suffer.
Morale continues to decline as trust in management erodes. If leadership were more transparent, accountable, and aligned with employee needs, this company could achieve much more.
