Cons

Heavy Micromanaging employees at this location which is not helpful or productive. Onboarding is watching videos for many hours creating information overload and impossible to retain an abundance of policies. If you break a policy by "Not Knowing The Policy" You will get written up or terminated.

-Gratis -Mostly good coworkers who were helpful and knowledgeable

Cons

-Requires open availability for just part-time work -Operations associates were also expected to do the work of Beauty Advisors while also juggling our responsibilities -Low pay -No flexibility for over time
