Decent environment Learn a lot about sales and of course, beauty products

Cons

Terrible management: (very condescending, rude, picks favourites, lies, weren't very nice to clients etc.) Petty drama between cast members no commission but act like we work on it NOT flexible with hours or time off Many cast members quit after a year because of how badly they are treated (5 in 1 week)

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
