Pros
The people and clients are amazing, the pay is nice and the gratis is great. The artistic talent that you get to work alongside is inspiring. The passion that your cast members have for their job wears off on you as well.
Cons
Sometimes right after holiday payroll gets tight so there will be less hours to go around. It picks up in about a month and after that it was fine. I also received a $1 raise when I was asked to stay on after holiday!
