      Love the people I work with Work life balance Sephora as a company has great values for its employes

      Cons

      Does't promote from within store level Prefers to hire a lot of outside individuals that have no experience in their job title More experienced qualified cast members are ask to help train their replacements. Promises are made by management but not honored High turnover due to poor management within store level

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
