      - GREAT peers, most are capable/ smart workers - In general, bosses are open to new ideas - Front lining new technologies in beauty - Work life balance is in tact for most I would only recommend this org if you have a resilient and self-sufficient / resourceful personality

      - Messy organisational structure due to retail and digital merger - Poor employee loyalty incentives - Lack of talent appreciation - Some scopes: overworked and underpaid - Business directions are messy/ gaps in internal communiciations

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
