Meeting a lot of great co workers, and learning so much about the beauty industry. Amazing place for networking for the beauty industry too.
Cons
There is no work/life balance. It is really difficult to get promoted. It was abundantly clear that only backstabbers and friends get promoted. You have to work really hard to get sales because you have to do much more "consulting and educating" than other retailers. If you do not like being micro managed, then do not work here! You will be micro managed for everything...what you say, where to go, what to do....they call it "coaching".
