      Pros

      I love working for this company as it is a fast paced, fun and creative environment to work in. My co workers are always supportive, as is the management team. Flexible schedule if needed. Growth opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there hours can fluctuate, and must work at least one day on a weekend. December is a black out month - not much time or vacation over the holidays as it's the busiest time of the year. Wages are very low for a very large income company internationally.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
